Oahu
Six communities, each with its own buyer, its own pricing logic and its own reasons to be patient. Below is the short version. The longer version is a phone call.

01
Quiet avenues, established homes and the office next door.
Kahala sits between Diamond Head and the ocean, and it trades on privacy more than square footage. Established single family homes behind hedges, short walks to the beach parks, and the Coldwell Banker Diamond Head Kahala office on Waialae Avenue is Ivan’s home base.

02
Classic Honolulu addresses under the crater.
The blocks below the crater rim hold some of Honolulu’s oldest and most recognizable homes. Buyers here are usually specific about the street, the view line and the lot, and inventory is thin enough that timing matters more than budget.

03
Plantation era homes on the hill, a walkable town below.
Kaimuki is Waialae Avenue at street level and small hillside lots above it. Single wall homes from the plantation era, many already renovated, with city and ocean views from the upper streets and a short drive to town.

04
Marina living on the southeast shore.
Hawaii Kai is built around the marina, so a good share of the housing stock has water at the back door and a dock with it. Newer construction than town, more parking, and an easy line to Hanauma Bay and Koko Head.

05
Green valley streets and the university on the doorstep.
Manoa is cooler, greener and rainier than the rest of town, with craftsman era homes on deep lots and the University of Hawaii at the mouth of the valley. It draws long term owners rather than quick turnovers.

06
Windward beach town living, twenty minutes over the pali.
Kailua trades the city for a beach town. Low homes behind ironwoods, flat streets made for bicycles, and one of the best swimming beaches on Oahu. Windward inventory also runs up the coast toward Kaaawa, where Ivan currently has a listing.
